"Hey!" Aniyah suddenly shouted. One of the shells she'd tried to grab turned out to be a Clamperl, and it closed its shells on her finger. "Ow!"
Luke took his attention from the Wingull and went to go help her.

"Get off!" Aniyah shrieked, waving her hand.
"Hold still," Luke told her, and gently pried the Clamperl off. He put it back into the ocean.
"Thanks, bro! You're a life-saver!" Aniyah thanked him.

"Don't worry, he'll let you stay," Harley assured.

"C'mere!" Charlotte squeaked pulling them into a bear hug once they arrived.
"Oh hugs!" Piper laughed hugging her back.

"Wait!" Nick suddenly exclaimed popping out of nowhere. He jumped into the ocean where Luke had put Clamperl, only to splash everyone near.
"Nick!" Topaz called running over to them. "I leave you alone for just a second, and you cause trouble!"
Finally, Nick surfaced, holding up the Clamperl. "Ha! I caught it!" he grinned at Luke. "Thanks Luke!"
"Oh, gosh," Topaz sighed. (I think Luke and Aniyah would know Nick but not Topaz, since she lives in Unova.)

"I hope so"Selina said, "Wanna go ask him now ?"

"Yay!"Heather cheered hugging her back (Just for clarification, Idan and Carine are her children ? XP)

"Wow, you two came out of nowhere!" Aniyah gasped. "Are you magic? Did you become magic?" She noticed Topaz. "Oh, who's this? Is she magic?"
"Nobody's magic," sighed Luke.
"How do you know?" challenged Aniyah.

"My gosh, you've grown so much!" Charlotte squeaked squeezing them.

"I have a Psychic-type Pokemon, if that counts," Nick grinned, and just then the Clamperl slipped out of his arms. "Hey!"

"Sorry about her," Luke quickly told Topaz. "She gets overexcited. I'm Luke, and this is Aniyah."
Meanwhile, on a wide, open stretch on the beach, Toby's crew was setting up.
"Why didn't I think of this before?" Toby was rambling. "What better place for a summer party than the beach?"

"Where'd the Clamperl go?" Nick meanwhile was complaining, searching for the Pokemon.

"Let me see if I can find it!" Aniyah offered.
"I don't think you should- " Luke began, but Aniyah stuck her hands in the water feeling for the Clamperl.
A few seconds later, the Clamperl was clinging to her hand again. "Ow! Not again!" she wailed.

"Oh, right," Nick realized and examined Clamperl. "But how do we get it off?"

"And that's why I stepped aside"Heather said giving her pokemon pokepuffs

"Hold on." And Luke managed to get the Clamperl off of Aniyah's fingers again.
"Thanks again. That Clamperl just doesn't like me," pouted Aniyah. "Hey, look, it's those guys from the party!" she exclaimed suddenly, pointing at Toby's crew. "I'll be right back. We have something to discuss... " With that, Aniyah ran off toward Toby. Luke looked confused.

"It's okay, it always happens," Piper laughed nervously as her Pokemon took the Poffins.

"The Clamperl!" Nick held his head, frantically searching for the Clamperl again.
Topaz rolled her eyes at him. "Do you know those guys?" she asked Luke, pointing at Toby's crew.

"Now get them and let's go"Heather said

"Kind of. They were at Harley's birthday party," Luke explained. "I'm not sure why Aniyah wants to talk to them, though."

"Well, if it isn't Aniyah!" Toby greeted her.
"Yep, it's me! Hey, can we talk for a second?" Aniyah asked, lowering her voice so Luke couldn't hear. "So, my brother's birthday is coming up- "
Toby stopped her. "Say no more," he whispered back, smiling. "Of course we'll help you."

"Oh, here they come," Toby muttered, gesturing to Topaz, Nick, and Luke approaching.
"Guys, wait!" Aniyah waved her hands frantically. "It's supposed to be a surprise!"

"I love surprises!" Nick exclaimed randomly. He slapped Topaz's hand, making her let go of his ear, and rushed over to Aniyah and Toby. "Was it is? Who pops out of what?" he looked at them suspiciously. "And does it involve fireworks?"

Luke tried to follow, but Aniyah pushed him back. "No, you're not allowed to see yet!" she complained.

Luke rolled his eyes and went a short distance away.
"Hey, Aniyah, can I tell this guy?" Toby asked, glancing at Nick.
"I guess... Just don't tell anyone unless we say it's okay!" Aniyah whispered fiercely to Nick and Topaz.

"Well, you won't be a stranger for long!" Kitza assured. "Now, what does this party need?"
"Music, for sure! And cake, definitely!" Aniyah began listing excitedly.
