I'm not going to say it would be easy,I mean because actually Pochama/Piplup also knows peck,which is a flying type move which is actually super effective against grass Pokemon and also Pochama is very high in confidence and that usually is helps..which still leads me to believe it could go either way but I suppose on paper Bulby would win.
