দ্বিতীয় রানী এলিজাবেথ Should the British reigning monarch, currently H.R.M. the Queen,be legally entitled to the right of a Royal Veto on certain Acts passed in the UK Parliament?
I believe that our reigning monarch should have such legal option, instead of a merely formal Royal Assent. Some Acts of Parliament do require a Royal Veto, such as the Brexit Act. A right to veto any such Act must be implemented into our legislation soon.
Besides,we simply can not allow that the American President can veto any law passed in the US Congress/the Senate, yet our very own reigning monarch doesn't have such legal authority to veto any Act passed in the UK Parliament.I hope I'm not the only one.
