Is anyone else having this serious proublem?

When I go to ইউটিউব and click on a video, I get this message that says, "Old Flash? Get Upgraded". So, I clicked on the link that directs me to Adobe Flash Player version 10.1 অথবা something like that. I install everything and it doesn't work one bit! :(

Is anyone facing this proublem? And if so, could আপনি please help me?
