Can someone please help me?

I am in a terrible mood right now because of a group of people. Please do not ask about these people. All I can say is that I'm exceedingly mad, and when I'm mad I become this very unpleasant person, to say the least. Could someone please help me get out of my awful mood? Please? All efforts will be greatly appreciated! > 33
