cut down on carbs, salty foods, sugary foods, keep a খাবার journal {just write down what আপনি eat, how many calories, u can buy these at bookstores} and keep things in proportion, and dont skip mealss!!! hope this helps
i dont know about dieting but if আপনি are looking to loose weight than i would suggest taking up a sport like kendo jiu-jitsu অথবা boxing that আপনি can do anytime and pretty much anywhere, what i like to do (not to lose weight because i dont feel i need to) is i made a wooden sword out of a branch in a বৃক্ষ অথবা আপনি can go online and order a shinai অথবা bokken (the price can range from 15 dollars to 4 dallars depending on what আপনি get and where) online and pick up the book of five rings on মর্দানী স্ত্রীলোক for about 8 dollors অথবা get into a real kendo dojo (the price depends on the dojo) and আপনি have a fun way to lose weight and learn how to defend yourself. 2 birds with one stone right
