whats the difference?

I think (don't shoot me if it's wrong) that the UK and Englang and Great Britain are all the same place.

England,Ireland,Scotland and Wales together create the UK(United Kingdom).
It's sort of like USA...they are seperate countries but together they form the UK

Great Britain is the island on which are England, Wales and Scotland.

On that island, is the most part of the United Kingdom (England, Wales and Scotland. Northern Ireland being on an island)

England is one of the countries that form the United Kingdom.

So, it's like:
United Kingdom > Great Britain > England

England, Scotland and Wales make up Great Britain.

The UK contains Great Britain, but the UK can involve other countries too.
