It's like আপনি do certain things অথবা visit on special days of the বছর and আপনি earn badges, kind of like আপনি earn props, only ফ্যানপপ gives it to you, not the fans. It also applies to how long you've been a member, doing certain things, etc. They haven't seemed to have developed it yet.
