Listen to happy music, sing, dance like none is watching, eat ice cream, go in the shower, write down what আপনি are feeling, অথবা take a nap somehow going to the ঝরনা makes me think so does sleeping, it could clear your head, and the ঝরনা may make আপনি talk to your self about what happened xD :p I know it sounds weird :p
