This প্রশ্ন has been asked almost every week for as long as I've been on here. Go to the প্রথমপাতা page, and scroll down until the right side আপনি see a তালিকা of the club options. above them, it will have a tab that says make a new club. Hope this helped.

Do আপনি know how to change the banner for the club?
Only if it's your club can আপনি change it. Then আপনি would go to the little প্রতীকী right পরবর্তি to the প্রতীকী where আপনি can প্রতিবেদন অথবা invite বন্ধু to the club. Then আপনি can add your banners and প্রতীকী for the club.
