how do u get moving icons?

ok i know i have one but i dont how i got it..every time i see a moving প্রতীকী i save it then try putting it on fanpop..but it wont go..please help

Are আপনি uploading it from your computer অথবা from a website?
If you're uploading it right from your computer and it doesn't works, try uploading it at tinypic for example and উঠিয়ে রাখুন it from there.
If it still doesn't works, it must some problem with Fanpop.
