I don't understand his logic

So i was in PE today stretching

the boy ahead of me who i like talking to asked "Can আপনি lick my hand? Its hot"

I ব্যক্ত "What? No way"

He then ব্যক্ত "Can আপনি lick your finger and wet it on my hand?"

I ব্যক্ত "No"

Then he asked "Do আপনি hate me?"

Didn't understand his logic there.
