Ok, so, um, I'm only like a kid, so I have no idea how to answer this, but I DO have common sense.
If your friend won't call the police, then you'll have to do it yourself, for her own good. People WILL believe you. Being molested is, unfortunately, আরো common than আপনি think. It's just that women are too scared অথবা embarrassed to প্রতিবেদন it.
If not, then at least make her get a restraining order (like, 500 meters). Wait... I don't actually know law, I have no idea what আপনি have to do to get a restraining order... Do আপনি need to tell why?

If none of those work, just go to that guy, tell his wife, and watch him sink miserably into oblivion.

Okay, first off, I'm only twelve, but I do know how to handle this.

Telling his wife is a good step. She would get extremely upest, but might not do anything about it. If your friend will not tell anybody, আপনি should.If she is your friend, আপনি would help her.

If she's afraid,why don't আপনি tell that man's wife about it?You can help her in that kind of part.I guess আপনি are ব্রেভ enough.GOOD LUCK:)

Fucking tell someone like your mom, if they don't believe you, be persistent, then they'll know it's serious.

Tell her that having the police get involved is WAY less scarier than being raped.

The most important thing is to do is to tell someone who will in fact believe you, tell an adult that can tell the wife

The best thing to do is consult an adult and have them tell the wife and if she doesn't be them then your friend has to tell her, she can't go on like this
