Do আপনি think it's wrong to make someone like আপনি as a friend অথবা make someone তারিখ you.

I told a friend that it's not a right thing to do. I mean if someone doesn't like আপনি অথবা doesn't want to তারিখ you. They why even bother I think it's just stupid and dumb to me.
