How do আপনি উঠিয়ে রাখুন a GIF to Fanpop?

I got the Gif in my folder, and its working, but my computer wont let me উঠিয়ে রাখুন it through Images. Do I do through photos? Can I just not do?

Thats what I tried. But when I clicked 'browse', it didn't প্রদর্শনী up in my folder.
