Does anyone have any tips to help me stop crying?

Please don't be rude about this অথবা tell me to go to the উপদেশ spot অথবা whatever because this is a serious প্রশ্ন and I really hate this!!! For some reason I cannot stop crying over small things, অথবা even nothing, like now. I feel like I could cry forever about absolutely nothing! There's nothing bad in my life currently, so I don't even know why...! And I'm all paranoid that everyone is mad at me and that I have done something wrong which makes me cry even harder! Could আপনি please tell me how to calm down and stop crying? I'm begging you, it's like... indescribable, weird. And super annoying! If it's okay with you, could আপনি help me?!

I'm sorry for this! Don't get mad at me, I just really need help, I can't stop banging my head against the দেওয়াল and crying my eyes out! It sucks, it really does!

Breathe slowly in and out and count to ten. Chat with some people about what happened in the past because they could catch something that could be bothering আপনি that আপনি didn't really think about before. This is all I can think of and I'm really sorry, I havn't been in any of these situations. :(

Well I think thge best think to keep আপনি emotionally calm is to think about sometging that isn't upsetting you, like read a book অথবা watch a movie.

And to stop আপনি from physical tears look directly into a bright light.
