নমস্কার im kenzie 001704 its not my real name though so dont call me kenzie but i stuggle with depresion and dont want to go on medication any উপদেশ for a diferent solutuion?

-Do some exercise
-Visit your পছন্দ place a lot
-Go for nature walks
-Do some volunteer work
If none of these work, then continue with your medication.

Is there anyone আপনি can talk to? That usually helps as well, and it doesn't necessarily have to be a counselor, therapist, etc.

As another অনুরাগী wrote, try other activities. Esp. exercise--that has been shown to alleviate mild depression. Same w/volunteering.

Please don't feel you're alone with this.
