Ok, I know this answer is different from the rest.
Here goes, first I would thank them for the complement, but tell them that আপনি are not interested. That way আপনি are not answering them as a gay guy, but as a caring person. If the problem persist অথবা gets worse, আপনি can be আরো direct অথবা unfan them. I get the feeling from your প্রশ্ন that আপনি are not out to hurt these gals. Start out gentle and go from there.
