Using the term 'fucktard' is reference to a person অভিনয় like a moron, অথবা mentally-retarded person on purpose. Calling someone a retard is just offensive to mentally-retarded people, hence why I hate using the term 'retard' অথবা seeing other people use it so lightly. XD

Heh, you'd be pleasantly surprised on how many people do mean it literally and how many people use that term because they think retards are funny, at least in NZ anyway. I agree on the stupendous stupidity part though (alliteration for the win). I use the term in that exact way, but calling someone a retard, even if আপনি don't mean it like that, is still offensive.
