HELP ME PLEASE ANSWER IT IS SERIOUS!

i have been getting depressed for over 2 months now easly i have been asked to get help i ব্যক্ত i don't know. The thing that is bothering me is my looks / body . i REALLY dislike them i could even say i hate myself it has been getting in the way of school work and i never leave my room now i have been getting alot of headaches i REALLY need help pease answer seriously . the প্রশ্ন is should i get help ?

The best thing is to talk about it with a close friend অথবা someone in school, like a teacher আপনি trust অথবা something. Talk about everything and get the truth out. If someone know then its going to feel so much easier. After that, DO something. Are আপনি depressed over your body? Do আপনি want to change? Then DO it. Start to work out, go out আরো often, for example, take your পছন্দ সঙ্গীত with আপনি when আপনি are working out, it helps, do things that makes আপনি happy!
