Could someone make me a cartoon narwhhal?

Yes, a narwhal. I would like it to have a background. Also, if আপনি could, could আপনি make it zoomed in on it's face with it's head sticking out of water with a blue sky and white clouds?
If আপনি can't do this, that's perfectly fine. The only reason I'm asking আপনি guys to do it is beacuse I'm HORRIBLE at making digital art. Anyways, I'd be really happy if আপনি could do it :D
