Well, for 3 years I let people walk all over me, and only recently I've been able to prevent that. What I did was tell them off. Exactly: "Listen to me, I am me, I can be myself around ANYONE and if আপনি aren't cool with that, আপনি are seriously messed up. Leave me alone, leave other people alone, we did not ask for this kind of torture আপনি pull out of your butt, and believe me if someone was picking on you, আপনি would of ব্যক্ত this exact same thing!"
People need hate as much as they need প্রণয় in order to live and grow properly. Just as প্রণয় tells us what we have accomplished, receiving hate tells us our flaws and shows us things we can improve on. I take hate as a learning opportunity, a chance to grow and improve. We can all work hard to prove those who hate us wrong and grow to do what we feel is right. That is why hatred exists. It's an opportunity. Take it.
