HELP; i've got a problem...

So, in ফ্যানপপ i always hear about rating stuff and i decided i wanted to rate my পছন্দ but.. for some reason i never seem to find the rating button?

Does that mean that the rating system doesn't exist অথবা doesn't it প্রদর্শনী up properly on my mobile since i always log in through my samsung galaxy s3?
