No. Actually it`s not about a certain member "marking" the সংগঠন with colors. Members who have a spot coloured have gained a MEDAL for that specific spot. আপনি get a medal দ্বারা adding stuff to the spot such as videos,images & picks. You`re likely to get a medal when the the content আপনি add is non repeated and people actually rate it.
