To unfan someone আপনি click on the তালিকা of people you're a অনুরাগী of, find the person, and click the red x পরবর্তি to their username.

To block আপনি need to wait for them to ইনবক্স you; open the message and there should be a 'block future messages' option.

No problem I have it closed off to people who I haven't added; which is the only way from preventing the people আপনি blocked from being able to মতামত on your wall. Plus it helps prevent spam. I added আপনি so আপনি can post now. ^_^
