But if আপনি think about it, a good soul searching journey is best done while exploring your own character and mind and what better than to take the journey in your own mental scape. In that case, it would probably be a good idea, at least in জীবন্ত terms, to get to that mental area দ্বারা sleeping

I wouldn't take anyone due to the fact that I think I find out much আরো about myself without distractions. Sometimes one can learn আরো from their own shadow than they ever could from a room full of people.
Honestly, I believe this is a journey আপনি ought to make দ্বারা yourself. Each person has its own to make. Simply observe, explore, accept what comes your way and keep going.
