Actually the communication with দেওয়াল posts is that it doesn't update in real time without response. So if আপনি read a দেওয়াল post, it will appear like that forever until আপনি reload, comment, অথবা go somewhere else. Discord on the other hand, as long as you're connected to the internet, it will update for আপনি with the latest comment.

Personally, I don't always stick to wallposts and keep a hawkeye on updates. Discord on the other hand, I have it on my desktop and on my phone. I'm currently in many servers, I'm honestly not too sure how many. I am active in a few of them. I use a lot of the servers as news নবীকৃত তথ্য and stuff like that. I run my own servers too. ফ্যানপপ tho, there's not many নবীকৃত তথ্য অথবা activities. There is no reason for me to check in multiple times a day. The only ফোরাম site I am active in is Gamefaqs, which I also am not the most active person. I check in maybe once everyday, maybe more. Same as Fanpop. ফ্যানপপ as others have said, is আরো like a forum. However, unlike Gamefaqs, most people here will be the same people I always see.

Tbh I'm literally just lazy with messages. Like across all websites. I am consistently horrible at getting back to people. There are like 5 different people in my ইনবক্স right now and I have a fanfiction that needs typing, জীবন্ত that needs watch and সঙ্গীত that needs listening, and sometimes real life calls. And then দ্বারা the time I finish that it's বিছানা time. Whoops.

Discord is a chat service and ফ্যানপপ is আরো a ফোরাম service. Main difference and well people have shit to do?

I'm still trying to learn Discord. I like both.

Why I like Fanpop? The peeps I have here :)

Other than that, like I said, I like both.

I enjoy both for different purposes. Chat is আরো chill and less effort compared to coming on Fanpop. My phone sucks with ফ্যানপপ and I very very rarely use my laptop since it's a broken mess and is still around to type up cover letters.

Discord is just a bit quicker as it's a chat service, ফ্যানপপ is still great and all but the format makes communication a lil slower.

Honestly, at first I was really wondering myself but thinking আরো about it and seeing some of the উত্তর before me, it makes sense honestly. I mean, Discord is just being used as a chatting system. Kinda like the one ফ্যানপপ itself used to have. A bonus feature for Fanpoppers. The Website in here is a lot আরো than that. In the former, আপনি talk in real time and there's no need to give extensive replies. It's just chill conversation between people আপনি are familiar for the most part. ফ্যানপপ is আরো laidback in its responses because of its immense size. When আপনি are being sent a Message, আপনি know that there is no need to rush. আপনি can take your time writing, editing and then sending it. There are a lot of activities, conversations with other Members, things to do irl, etc. So, a bit of delaying is only to be expected দ্বারা both parties in many cases. আপনি know that the conversation won't be gone. It is still hanging in there and you'll get back to it at some point so আপনি take it easy. Add the fact that various Members are prone to Procrastination অথবা even Mood Swings (including me for both) in general and there আপনি have it !!!!
