Difference between cheap dads and cheap moms

Cheap dads=Stingy and unwillingness to buy anything for their kids. (Can be spendthrift however most especially on themselves).

Cheap moms=Thrifty অথবা inability to buy anything for their kids due to lack of/not enough money and সামগ্রিক financial hardships for them most especially.
