What mood are আপনি in?

Despite having rather stressful week at work and facing another one equally stressful ahead, I'm feeling pretty good today.

With small moments of happiness in between I've mostly ranged from numb to melancholy. I just have this general feeling of pessimism and doom regarding both my own future and the future of the world in general.
