Can someone please tell me how আপনি create 'fan art'?

I've seen other fans' work, and thought they were all awesome :)

So they inspired me to create my own...

Does anyone know how আপনি do this? If yes, please explain how. Thank you! > 2

I use Photoshop CS4 to do প্রতীকী and fanart, so আপনি can either buy that (it's expensive) অথবা find a torrent অথবা find a program that is similar to Photoshop (though none will be as good) and download it for free. Once আপনি have it the Photoshop website and ইউটিউব have tons of tutorials on everything আপনি could possibly do to teach আপনি how do make fanart, icons, etc.
