How can I pull off a 1940's style?

I have always wanted to dress and look like they did in the 40's I really প্রণয় it its so beautiful and elegant. I have always been complimented that i look like a girl from that era. Everyone tells me i could pull it off. I have handed down clothes from my older sister. She dressed 40's too and i just want to do what she did. Can someone give me any tips ideas please.
