Tonight's episode of Revenge was called "Resurrection," but what we really witnessed was a death. Emily's sinking deeper and deeper into her scheming and her plots, and she's losing herself in the process. I can only hope that a resurrection will follow, that we will see her come out of this darkness eventually, but for now we can only stand দ্বারা while she self-destructs.

Okay, so these five are my absolute পছন্দ Revenge characters.

1) Emily Thorne, Formally known as Amanda. Obviously, she's the reason we watch the show. She has the Death Glare down to an art, she carries off a sundress like a boss, and she has fabulous hair. Oh, plus, she likes to dramatically X things out with a red marker...Like a boss. (sorry, overuse of জনপ্রিয় terms here. Can't help it :D)

2) Nolan Ross, also Like a Boss. He is the other reason I watch the show. Seriously, without Nolan, where would we be? Or, worse, a Not Awesome version of Nolan. That would kill me. UGH.

I have a confession to make Revenge fans. Until last night, I hadn’t been too sure how I felt about this season. It just doesn’t seem as deliciously… soapy as the first one. Revenge got really artsy with the opening this week, didn’t it? The fish-eye view of Victoria in bed, the creepy slo-mo of Conrad nearly shaving half his face off (that was a lot of blood), Kara crumpling the newspaper in wounded frustration -- all watched দ্বারা Emily on high like some sort of god (or producer of The Truman Show). I guess that makes the শিরোনাম of this episode, “Penance,” particularly fitting, প্রদত্ত the religious connotations...
