No. He only used some kind of "borrowed power" that is never actually explained in the anime. In the জাপানি কমিকস মাঙ্গা however, Tsukune is indeed a vampire. But not a pure minded one. He has all the powers of one, but also the hunger and feral mindedness of one too. This is why he is basically a Ghoul. To সীল away this dark energy, he is প্রদত্ত a Holy Lock দ্বারা the Headmaster of the school. But it wasn't specifically designed for him, so it cracks a little whenever he transforms. Which is always in a time of desperation.

when she gave her the blood she just gave him a choice to be human অথবা to be a vampire and if he doesnt choose he turns into a ghoul after 18
I have been watching R + V on Netflix and i have seen none of this happening in season one moka gave tsukune maybe half অথবা a little bit আরো of her blood because he was dying and when moka and him self was about to die he showed some vampire ability's and at the end of season two when he was trying to get another rosary for moka from her father দ্বারা having a small fight for it which he got it so if i am mistaken plz correct me for i am puzzled

he used the seeping vampire blood and he never even knew it then that would lead to seasion 3 but their is no season 3 and I have 1-10 ofthe firs vol. the seond vol. there is a little hint in fact at the last episode of season 1 at the end when mokas true form flicks him on the head he seems to have red eyes exactly like mokas জাপানি কমিকস মাঙ্গা people do not complain i have not read the জাপানি কমিকস মাঙ্গা so do not get pissy with me so I'm just saying that there is a hint that he has lets say half human half vampire I'm saying that he's not a purebreadr vampire because remember when a vampire bites আপনি there is a chance that আপনি can turn into a vampire and if there is a season three its possible he could turn vampire in that season and a bunch of other stuff but remember this is only a theory its not a complete answer but the red eyes are true in the anime
