Moka has brown hair in the Manga?

Why does Moka have পরাকাষ্ঠা hair in the anime, even though it states in the জাপানি কমিকস মাঙ্গা that she has "Dark Brown Hair"?

Look at her eye brows , they are brown am I not correct? And yes she dose infact dye it that beatiful পরাকাষ্ঠা because I have all of season I of the জাপানি কমিকস মাঙ্গা and book 1 & 2 of season II , not to mention I have all the জীবন্ত seasons :O :3.
