Does outer Moka really প্রণয় Tsukune?

I've finished the anime. On season two of the manga. And after seeing how Moka reacts I have to প্রশ্ন whether অথবা not she truly cares about him like she occasionally shows. But not really as much kurumu অথবা mizore show.
