If in season 3, Marigold, Amanda and Ali all lose their magic, how can Amanda come back in season four as a teenage witch??

Im pretty sure that it was only গাঁদা ফুল who হারিয়ে গেছে her magic, even though Amanda and Ali's toys dissapear and Harvey turns back into a human. Not sure really, alot of the episodes are not really connected and don't make sense.
