I shouldn't worry too much. Fingering itself won't cause আপনি to become pregnant, and most men don't masturbate with their fingers but with their palm.
The only way আপনি can get pregnant দ্বারা fingering, is if he accidentally/purposefully allowed pre-cum/cum to get on his fingers.
If আপনি are worried, i would make an appointment with your doctor, take a pregnancy test 2 days-1 week after and decide accordingly.
