i agree but if you want to be technical he kissed her in touched as she fell asleeep in his arms which has the best speech and them maturing into finally having a relationship before it ended i only wish they had more seasons of spuffy love especially after he got his soul back. he did more for buffy than all the other men when she pushed him away he was always there and stuck up for when she became an outcast like he was.
