anyone else have no clue how to get back to menu অথবা start a new game on SNES(wii)version?

ok, i bought this game on the wii ভান্দার network and it is a great game! but the saving mechanism is weird(as in theres no মোছা option, at least that i know of!)so people say to start a new game and save over it. the problem is i dont know how to get to the main menu অথবা how to start a new game. i have not finished the game yet, so if any won knows how অথবা has the same problem please post here. p.s. i just turn the game off দ্বারা saving and going to the wii menu.
