Yes! It is ok if people make one pick: Out of my fav wich do you like best. But with all the rounds the spot gets full of picks and they are kind of a repeat!
And of course i wont do them! I will do one pick with my favs and that is all!

well i think the spot needs one big poll with rounds per month for example, not just favourite but all ones that people choose themselves, so there will be one person (female and male) that people like the most and it'll change with the next poll... there can be four polls: male/female characters/actors
but if people like to make and to vote in many picks i think it's really ok =)
