REASON 1: Imagine how much it would effect the other characters! Sadie, for one, would probably be crying, and maybe Anubis would comfort her?
REASON 2: It makes for an interesting twist in the plot, since in middle grade level books, people tend not to die. But it seems like Rick has not been to kind to his characters (hence how many people died in "Percy Jackson").
REASON 3: When we read books, we know we like them if we can really feel and connect with the characters. Also, if the book affects our emotions. If Walt were to die, wouldn't আপনি be sad? I'm not saying আপনি would curl up in a ball and cry, but it would probably make আপনি "feel" something for the characters. আপনি would feel Sadie's sadness.
I think if Walt were to die, it would really contribute to the whole experience of পাঠ করা a book. Also, he is one of my favourite characters (almost as amazing as Set (favourite), and Anubis (second fav)) and since both of my other favs can't die (and one of then is already dead), he needs to die. Because in a good 98% of the বই i read, my favourite characters ALWAYS die.
In conclusion, since Rick is not exactly "kind" to his characters I think Walt will die.
