Why is Damon with Rose and why do they both have to turn their emotions off in order to protect elena??????????

Damon with Rose was only a one time thing. He and Rose both shut their feelings off. That is why they had sex. Damon shut his feelings off because he didn't want his প্রণয় for Elena make him weak and Rose did the same except with her vamp boyfriend who died.

Eventually Rose says that there is NO switch to turn your emotions off. আপনি just don't feel what আপনি want to feel.

Rose doesn't really have any connection to Elena so I don't see how she'd want to protect her.


Damon shut his feelings off because he didn't want his প্রণয় for Elena make him weak. But he wants to protect Elena-will protect Elena. He loves her, he would do anything for her. :)
