I think Layla is the bravest, since she risked her own life to save the pixies when Darkar had kidnapped them, and she had little to no power when doing so. She's also sacrificed her life for Queen Ligea and her kingdom by trying to stop Valtor, which resulted in her loss of sight; and even when she could have regained it, she let the last healing spell go to the Queen. She was also brave when fighting with Nebula to try and avenge Nabu, because it's not easy turning away from your best friends when committing yourself to a controversial cause.

However, all the girls here have displayed bravery within the show. Tecna has saved the Winx either when they were in Domino and she sent that giant yeti into cyberspace with her spell, or when she saved them from being devoured by spiders, or when she closed the Omega portal. Stella has risked her life to save Brandon and her friends, and she even took the mauling of a dragon head-on to save her farther.

Season 3 asks that question. I remember that act of bravery she did and it was amazing.
