Yes.. He really loves Bella.. From the sacrifices he made, especially in breaking dawn, where he actually disobey the pack just to save Bella's life.. That was really hard to do.. Not only that, there are alot of sacrifices that he actually made for Bella.

Yes he really loved her. It was especially shown in Breaking Dawn when, although, he knew Bella didn't belong to him and she had chosen Edward and vampire life, he still fought to নিরাপদ her.

I think that he loved Bella but not inprinted her ....He stayed with Bella beacause his destiny was her daughter !!! This is my mother's theory !

I think he always did, and always would, প্রণয় Bella. I think the reason he was drawn to her though, was because he was meant to be with her daughter. It was destine to be that way. Once he saw Renesmee, THAT was his one true love. He still loves Bella, just not like "that".
