when আপনি contribute to the club. like add pics, links, picks, pop ক্যুইজ প্রশ্ন and etc. people will rate and মতামত on ur stuff and boom, আপনি get ur dedicated অনুরাগী thingy. but it wont happen rite away so be patient.
I'm not sure I know the answer to this, but it happened to me when I added a certain amount of stuff to that spot. Like লিঙ্ক অথবা ছবি অথবা articles. As to the actual amount of ব্যক্ত things one needs, I still have no clue. Just add new info and pics as often as আপনি can and it should give আপনি something. Hope this helped some.
