I don't think so. Bella gave them up when she became a vampire. She knew they would eventually die, so I believe that she wouldn't, even if she could.
However, if Stephenie Meyer was to write another book, and it had Charlie and Renee, I'm sure she would try to make a happy ending for everyone and they would be magically transformed into mystical beings. Stephenie Meyer tends to do that. In example, Breaking Dawn :)

হাঃ হাঃ হাঃ that would be killer! অথবা what if he was magically turned into a werewolf? I mean, Edward and Bella magically had a baby! I think Charlie could be a werewolf. He could be his own police hound! XP
