All three are main characters but the story is about Yuki and Kaname so in Vampire Knight Guilty and the first series is about Yuki so Yuki starts out as the main character then ends up sharing the spotlight with Kaname later.

The first season of the জীবন্ত featured a lot of Zero though, then Kaname came আরো into prominence later. And they swap around like that throughout the জাপানি কমিকস মাঙ্গা too. I'd say those 2 were equal, with Yuuki slightly আরো main than her two প্রণয় interests.
