It helps if you've got some training behind you, so if আপনি haven't/aren't already I suggest taking some drama classes. That'll help আপনি to make the most out of your talent.
When it comes to making অভিনয় your career, it's often a good idea to get an agent. They can get আপনি auditions for things on TV (such as on a commercial, অথবা an extra in a TV প্রদর্শনী অথবা movie).
Once you've built up your professional experience and have improved some more, আপনি can start auditioning for bigger roles. Basically, start out small and work your way up.
Even if আপনি can't afford an agent, আপনি may be able to book auditions yourself. The advantage of having an agent is that they'll know exactly where to look and what to look for, but some people do start out on their own.
Also, sometimes in these kind of careers it's not always what আপনি do but the people আপনি know. If আপনি know anyone who's in this kind of industry, they may be able to put in a good word for you. Like I said, I'm not a professional actor myself, but I am an animator and I find this helps me a lot (I get most of my work thanks to people from former jobs recommending me, I get আরো work that way than when I actually apply for jobs myself!)
The আরো অভিনয় jobs আপনি get and the better roles আপনি play, the আরো আপনি will get recognized. I think really it's about building up experience.
It might also help if there's something distinctive about you, অথবা something unique আপনি can offer to the industry. If you're original and not too alike many other people, that'll give companies আরো reason to hire you.
