how do আপনি get real good in volleyball?

I know my school does but if your school holds like open gyms অথবা camps over the summer go to them! the আরো the coach knows আপনি the আরো likly he will pick আপনি to be on the team vs. someone who hasnt been coming and working over the summer.
আপনি can also hire someone to give আপনি privite lessons.

well practice with your পালঙ্ক and it your a hitter work on hitting and besides practice with a friend

আপনি can try listening to your coach as much asbyou can and give him/her a sharp nod os say yes sir of mam clearly so they at least think আপনি are listening. They like i better when the get feedback from আপনি too though. But my dad once told me not to smile a the coach when she is talking to me beacuse then they will think i'n not serious অথবা i'm too shy and not agressive enough. Also, relaxing and having আরো fun makes it easier to learn and improve. if আপনি dont trust yourself অথবা are worried about something else, it is harder to do anything.
