If my team is having problems getting along with each other, অথবা playing together as a team, what should I do as a team member?

i say yhu tell 'em lyk it is and tht they need 2 learn 2 work togetha instead of arguin lyk they playin AGAINST eachother. i had a few problems wit mah team, they wuld get made if someone accidently hit da ball in da wrong direction অথবা didn't hit it at all! lol
